U.S. Court Opinions Collection piloted on FDsys

GPO is piloting a project to make lower federal court opinions available on FDsys. The United States Courts Opinions collection on FDsys currently contains opinions dating back to 2004 from the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court District of Rhode Island and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida. GPO plans to rapidly expand the number of participating courts to 12 and then, once testing is complete, to more than 30.

The pilot is currently in the public beta testing phase. GPO and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts welcomes comments and suggestions on the collection.
